Abstract: Allow me first to express my heartfelt greetings and appreciation to this Forum and all participants. I cannot but commend the significant contribution and role played by Mr. Abdulaziz Sager, the Chairman of he Gulf Research Center (GRC), and the leading role of the GRC in the field of multi-disciplinary academic research. The Center has been, in fact, outstanding in organizing academic forums and meetings to explore the best ways and means of developing and enhancing cooperation with the Gulf countries both regionally and globally.
